Making Mortgage Affordability Easier to Understand
Designed a connected mortgage experience to help users better understand potential monthly payments and discover mortgage offerings. The project included developing an interactive mortgage calculator, integrating monthly payment estimates across key areas of the website, and creating a national landing page to communicate mortgage products and offerings.
A Better Way to Save and Compare Homes
Designed a favorites experience that helped users save options they were interested in and return to them in one centralized location. Beyond saving items, the experience introduced a way to compare favorited homes, helping users evaluate differences between their options as they progressed through their home search.
The solution included a favorites interaction across communities, homes, and floor plans; a bookmark entry point in the main navigation; contextual toast messages; and a comparison experience on the favorites page.
